This well renown german Fuchsia-breeder died a few days ago. This is sad news. But his cultivars remain with us, pleasing us with an early blossoming in abundance- if the plant is properly nourished-, above that being of a merry appearance. The idea to choose this Fuchsia came to me becouse a scion of the last year, not cut back in autumn and kept in a warm place, is producing a blossom right now. Till this blossom is unusual small, nevertheless i do quite enjoy it!
