Today it’s Valentines Day, and ladys love to be presented some Flowers on that day! But unfortunately: my beloved husband is today at home with an acute illness, and therefore there will be no cut-flowers today…
But there is my greenhouse in the garden, and building it was initially his idea. And there are already some flowers to be seen in it. And for my comfort: they will certainly last longer than cut-flowers in a vase. That the wooden sprouts are not covered with leaves yet does not bother me. It’s looking somehow interesting, as with “Ruppel Belleke”
or with “Diana”.
There are as well some Fuchsias with already a lot of foliage, but therefore tiny blossoms- in comparison to summer. But- as they are complete in their form even in their minuscule shape- i do appreciate them very much. An example of this is “What Ever”.
“Delta´s Groom” is, as well, a bit to small; but “Hanau”, “Billy” and “Loeky” are almost perfect!
And all these Fuchsias did never blossom as early as February before; what a lovely Valentines Day!
