The successful fuchsia enthusiast and breeder Burgi Klemm-Vorau from Austria introduced 2010 the beautiful Burgi’s Kurti, a crossbreed between the both cultivars Cheltenham and Cliff’s Own.
Burgi’s Kurti is growing upright and does tolerate sun, changing the color of the sepals in that case from white to pink. The significant blue of the corolla is maintained, and therefore it stands out explicitly from other Fuchsias beside it. The plant proliferates sturdy with a lot of branches. To put it another way: even if the blossoms seem to be insignificant at first sight, the cultivar wins over with an abundance of blossoms with hardly any rest during the season
